Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many activities that you can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another way to improve your strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress.
