Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. It is essential that we get sufficient sleep in order to keep our health good.
